HOA Dues: Dues are for the fiscal year April 1 through March 31. The total HOA dues for 2024 is $350. Invoices are mailed March 1. If dues are not paid by May 1, a late fee of 1% of the outstanding balance will be assessed each month on a compounding basis. The HOA may elect to file liens should a member’s dues become seriously delinquent.
